When Ron moved to McDonald's and Shariq launched his own consultancy, the friendship didn't stop. It deepened into something rarer. A genuine mentorship. For three to four years, Ron shared what enterprise-scale operations really looked like from the inside. Shariq brought the data rigor and the ground-level execution. Ron even helped name ClickBoss.
When Ron decided he was ready to build something of his own, there was only one call to make. They sat down, mapped their strengths, and Zephyr Path was born.
